Hotel Boutique Palacio Pinello, property of the journalist Carlos Herrera and inaugurated in September 2014, is located in an ancient palace dating back to the late fifteenth century. Despite substantial restoration -as detailed in their web site- the building has maintained the original structure and architectural features such as columns, capitals and polychrome coffered ceilings, which can be found in several communal areas, as well as in some of the rooms.

Pinturas Macy has had much to do in this restoration. Thanks to one of our distributors in Sevilla- Pinturas Bellavista- we have been involved in this project by providing a wide range of our products.

The indoor communal areas of this beautiful hotel were painted with MATTE IMPERIAL, stone beige, elaborated on purpose in our tinting system; exclusivity is an identity mark of this hotel for sure. Also rooms were painted with MATE OSUNA, light grey in this case.

Doors and beams were painted with LASUR SATIN CHESTNUT; balcony and iron ornaments, with FORGE AND BLUING EFFECT ENAMEL; inner courtyards, with SATIN PAINT TABARCA and façades, with EXTERIOR COATING PRIMERA.

During works at Palacio Pinello Boutique Hotel, our WATER REPELLENT MATE was also employed. A waterproofer with strong water repellant properties, specially indicated to protect monuments, balustrades, stone or brick façades, precast concrete slabs, etc.

Nowadays, products Macy are still in use for the general maintenance of the hotel. We feel very proud of this decision, since it shows not only the clients’ satisfaction, but also the high quality of our paints.
